The original combined antibiotics Claruktam and Maxiktam-AF, released in 2018 and 2019, were favorably received by the medical community. They were included in many treatment standards and clinical guidelines in Russia and the CIS countries, including recommendations for the treatment of new coronavirus infection. More than 300 thousand patients have recovered thanks to them in the first 2 years. Over the two years of its existence, Maksiktam-AF has become the No. 1 brand on the market of hospital antibiotics.

All of our employees have the opportunity to make decisions on important issues, influence their results and see how their contribution is reflected in overall success. Any employee has a possibility to suggest an idea on the internal Internet portal, and it will go directly to the CEO, who appoints a person responsible for implementation. Over the past six months, we have implemented 17 ideas received from our employees.
